Hubungan Antara Ketahanmalangan Dengan Perencanaan Karir

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan perencanaan karir pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Mulawarman yang berjumlah 610 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Mulawarman. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Kendall's Tau-b. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan perencanaan karir dengan nilai r 0,15 dan p (sig) 0,838.
