Abstract:Li-Fraumeni Syndrome (LFS; OMIM #151623) is an autosomal dominant cancer predisposition syndrome characterized by early onset tumors including sarcomas, breast cancer, leukemia, brain tumors, and adrenocortical carcinoma.
