Endotrophin triggers adipose tissue fibrosis and metabolic dysfunction

Abstract: We recently identified endotrophin as an adipokine with potent tumour-promoting effects. However, the direct effects of local accumulation of endotrophin in adipose tissue have not yet been studied.
